JOB SUMMARY
The Accounts Payable (A/P) Analyst is responsible for providing A/P support to the Accounting Department. This position is responsible for accurate, timely and discretionary processing of accounts payable functions including, reviewing, researching and processing accounting payment documents. This position is responsible for researching and resolving issues and assisting in the preparation of monthly accounts payable reports.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: High School graduate or GED

Work Experience:Three (3) to Five (5) years in Accounts Payable or Accounting

Communication Skills: Above Average Verbal and Written (Heavy Public Contact)

Proficiencies: P.C., MS Word, MS Excel-strong skills preferred, PeopleSoft experience preferred
