JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for assessment, development and implementation of an intervention plan for persons with chemical dependency. Coordinates referrals to community resources and provides consultation to treatment team.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Specialized Training/Licensure:
B.A. in Behavioral Sciences.
Work Experience (Years and Area):
Five (5) years experience as an LCDC. Knowledge of 12 step Programs, and three (3) years counseling
HIV+ persons preferred.
