JOB SUMMARY
The Clinical Liaison role will act as the primary representative at the Pavilion level between Health System Operation and Facilities PMO for projects under the Harris Health $2.9-billion Strategic Capital Plan. Reporting to the Program Director Activation and Planning, the Clinical Liaison is responsible for assisting in the coordination of all aspects of planning and activation of new hospital facilities, as well as major renovations or expansions of existing facilities. During construction, the clinical liaison will be embedded in the Facilities PMO Project Management Team office at the Pavilion, providing representation of Pavilion and System Operations to ensure project goals and objectives are being met. Assists the Program Director with program assignments and monitors project resource allocation to achieve strategic system goals; coordinates, oversees, and/or collaborates on assigned projects. Manage internal and external relationships through effective communication. Leads and participates in a collaborative team environment to achieve the best possible outcomes. Demonstrates a high-quality work ethic by exhibiting professional attitude, honesty, and integrity.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Degrees:
Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business, Science, Construction Management, and/or Engineering or equivalent.

Licensed/Certifications:
PMP (Project Management Professional) from PMI preferred

Work Experience:
12 Years of experience in Healthcare-Design/Construction related field & Project Management. Experience managing technically complex projects, large projects

Management Experience:
5 Years of Experience in Project Management

Above average Verbal Communication (Heavy Public Contact)
Exceptional Verbal (Public Speaking)
Writing/ Correspondence
