JOB SUMMARY

Provide hands-on compensation support for a wide range of projects designed to support business strategies. Assist in the design, implementation and administration of compensation programs and policies which may include short- and long-term incentives, reward and recognition programs, benchmarking and survey analysis, emerging trends and new technologies.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS AND CORE COMPETENCIES

  • Complete job descriptions and conduct related compensation analysis (i.e. job leveling/evaluation/matching)
  • Analyzes salary survey data and prepares market data reports and summaries to advise management on appropriate action
  • Works with HR Representatives and HR Management to analyze and resolve Compensation issues
  • Assist with the planning and administration of annual merit/bonus/LTIP programs
  • Complete salary survey
  • Assists with the analysis of market data to determine appropriate budget for Annual Incentive and Salary Administration processes
  • Monitors competitive trends in compensation and identifies company's position; provides observations and recommendations based on market trends
  • Understands FLSA regulations and analyzes jobs to determine appropriate FLSA classification
  • Compile ad-hoc reports as required for planning, policy, or budgeting purposes
  • Participate in and/or lead special compensation projects, as required

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education/Specialized Training/Licensure: BS/BA in Business, HR or related field required.
  • CCP certification preferred.
  • Work Experience (Years and Area): 2 Years of c compensation and/or total rewards experience.
