JOB SUMMARY: Perform assigned preventative maintenance and repairs on building infrastructure to include, but not limited to, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Systems, Pneumatic Tube, Building Finishes, and many others.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Specialized Training/Licensure: High School or GED required. Ability to read, write, and comprehend English (job- related instruction). Technical class work preferred. All candidates must be able to pass the skill assessment for this level or above established by the Facilities Engineering Department.

Work Experience (Years and Area): Minimum two years building maintenance or related craft experience preferred, including ability to perform routine building and equipment maintenance activities.

Equipment Operated: Valid Texas Drivers License preferred.
