Job Summary:

The Financial Analyst I assists Harris Health System management in obtaining and maintaining necessary data for analysis including position control, statistics, budgeting and variance analysis, routine and ad hoc reporting, as well as various benchmarking, database management support for the organization. The ideal candidate will have the necessary analytical, verbal, and written skills to communicate findings to management and departmental leaders and escalate issues as needed and appropriate.

Minimum Qualifications:

1.Education/Specialized Training/Licensure:Bachelors degree required, preferably in Business, Finance or Accounting

2.Work Experience (Years and Area):1 year in financial related role
