JOB SUMMARY:
The IAM Software Engineer III plays a significant role in designing, developing, implementing, testing and supporting the IAM applications yielding solutions and strategies for accomplishing viable solutions for complex business processes.

Education/Specialized Training/Licensure:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Related Experience
Work Experience :
- 5+ Years within Information Technology organization, preferably in the HealthCare industry. Advanced knowledge in and experience implementing one or more of the following IAM product suites: Oracle, IBM, CA, SailPoint, and/or Microsoft
- Hands-on experience with CyberArk Privileged Access Security (PAS) Suite, including PVWA, CPM, Vault, DR Vault, PSM, PSMP, Credential Provider, Central Credential Provider and other components.
- Understanding of CyberArk architecture and best practices.
- Experience with CyberArk administration, configuration, upgrades, integration of new modules/products/features and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Entra ID, ADFS SSO, LDAP, DNS, and other relevant networking concepts.
- Knowledge of SIEM systems (Security Information and Event Management) and their integration with CyberArk.
- Strong understanding of information security principles, particularly privileged access management (PAM).
- Engage with business contacts and IT to identify sensitive accounts which require onboarding, monitoring, and alerting
- Implementation of automated processes such as local password rotation and service account management
- Generate monthly/quarterly reports and create dashboards for leadership
- Assist with operational tickets, incident response, project activities and ad-hoc requests
- Experience in Windows and Unix/Linux operating systems
- Experience in PowerShell scripting
