Job Summary
The Service Line Manager for Operations reports to the Vice President, System Service Lines and is responsible for coordinating the operations of various Service Lines to deliver high value to patients. The Service Line Manager must effectively coordinate with leaders across the System in providing leadership and oversight for designated strategic activities. The Service Line Manager will provide leadership across the enterprise, collaborating effectively with physician leaders, health system leaders, and other stakeholders. The Service Line Manager will implement the vision and direction provided by leaders and advise them of plans and initiatives.
This position will oversee the Behavioral Health Service Line.
Minimum Qualifications
Degrees:
a) Masters: MHA or MBA
b) Bachelors
Work Experience:
a) 5 Years of Experience in healthcare
Management Experience:
a) 2 Years of Experience: 2- 3 years management in a healthcare environment
Communication Skills:
a) Above Average Verbal Communication (Heavy Public Contact)
b) Writing/Correspondence
