JOB SUMMARY: Trains new and existing employees to EC Critical Care Transport Team and coordinates ongoing education, maintains quality indicators, ensures up to date state requirements, and collaborates with Emergency Department leadership in the supervision and management of daily operations and productivity of current Paramedics and EMTs.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
1.Education/Specialized Training/Licensure:EMT- Paramedic licensed in the State of Texas. Currently registered with the Texas Department of Health.
2.Work Experience (Years and Area):5+ years in related field or hospital setting
3.Management Experience (Years and Area):None
4.Equipment Operated:Ambulance, medical equipment used in the emergency department, and computer.

Above Average Verbal (Heavy Public Contact)
Exceptional Verbal (e.g., Public Speaking)
Bilingual Skills required:
Writing /Composing (Reports)
2. Other Skills: OPERATION OF CARDIAC MONITOR, TRANSPORT VENTILATOR, CPAP, IV PUMPS
