Job description

Job Summary
To provide leadership in the day to day operations of the assigned pharmacy through hiring, training, developing and scheduling competent staff, developing efficient pharmacy operations and processes which provide excellence in patient care, patient safety and adhere to all regulatory rules, and to do so exercising to fiscal responsibility in terms of revenue generation and expenses.

Minimum Qualifications

Degrees:
Bachelor of Pharmacy
Doctor of Pharmacy Or Equivalent experience
Master's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or relevant/related field Preferred
ASHP Residency Training PGY1 Or equivalent experience
ASHP Accredited PGY-2 Administration Residency completed in lieu of designated Work and Management ExperienceOr Three (3) Years of Work Experience in Pharmacy plus Two (2) Years of Management Experience

Work Experience: Three (3) years total pharmacy experience

Management Experience: Two (2) years pharmacy management experience in supervisor level or equivalent

Communication Skills: Above Average Verbal (Heavy Public Contact), Exceptional Verbal (e.g., Public Speaking), Writing /Correspondence, Writing /Reports

Proficiencies: MS Word, P.C., MS Excel
