JOB SUMMARY: The computed tomography (CT) technologist is responsible for providing patient care and technical expertise in the operation of CT equipment for diagnostic imaging purposes.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Specialized Training/Licensure: Certification in Computed Tomography (ARRT) and Medical Radiology Technologist license by the State of Texas (TDSHS); certification to be obtained within 6 months of hire

Work Experience: Two years experience preferred

Equipment Operated: CT Scanner, Injector, PACS, RIS and related clinical equipment
