Job Summary
The Senior Radiologic Technologist (x-ray technologist or radiographer) is responsible for providing patient care and technical expertise in the operation of all x-ray equipment for diagnostic imaging purposes. The Senior Radiologic Technologist mentors and provides oversight of the area in the absence of supervisor..

Minimum Qualifications

Degrees
H.S. Diploma or GED; Must be a graduate of a JRCERT accredited program.

Licenses & Certification
Certified Medical Radiologic Technologist (Licensed by Texas Medical Board)
Certified Rad Tech Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) required
Basic Life Support Current CPR certification from a hospital- based American Heart Association (AHA) approved program.

Work Experience
Two (2) years experience as Radiologic Technologist

Communication Skills: Exceptional Verbal (Public Speaking), Writing/Composing, Writing/Reports
