JOB SUMMARY:
Performs a variety of activities as assigned to ensure an efficient flow of supply chain functions including ordering and stocking patient medical supplies, receiving, delivering medical equipment, processing packages and mail. Fully trained and is operationally competent to work in at least two (2) of the following areas; Central Supply, Receiving or Mailroom. Assist in training and checks work of junior or new staff. In the absence of a supervisor, assumes shift leadership and is responsible for coordination and checking work of junior staff (Tech I and II). Has demonstrable ability to multi-task. Subscribes to, and advances the mission, vision and values of the Harris Health System.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

1.Education/Specialized Training/Licensure:High School diploma, Associate degree or higher preferred
2.Work Experience (Years and Area):3 years Purchasing/Materials Management background preferred.
3.Management Experience (Years and Area):1 year supervisor/team leader preferred.
4.Equipment Operated:Pallet Jacks and/or Forklift.
