JOB SUMMARY:

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for developing consultative relationships with hiring managers across multiple business units to drive the full cycle recruitment process, to include requisition management, job posting content, sourcing, screening/interviewing, candidate offer/closing, and onboarding.

This role will work independently to develop recruitment techniques and sourcing strategies to attract and retain qualified nursing intern staff to fill RN vacancies of Harris Health System. Under minimum supervision, this individual will assume responsibility for developing, maintaining, and evaluating the nurse residency program process, strategies, and marketing needs. In addition, this role will be responsible for supporting Talent Acquisition Programs (i.e. Internship, College, Diversity, and Military initiatives), recruitment events, marketing materials, and outreach activities.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Specialized Training/Licensure:

Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences, HR, Health Care Administration or related field (AND) Three (3) years work experience in recruiting, preferably in a health care environment.

High School Diploma or GED (AND) Seven (7) years work experience commensurate professional work experience in recruiting, preferably in health care environment

HR related certification preferred (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP or AIRS)

Work Experience:

  • Three (3) years' recruiting experience; preferably in a health care environment.
  • One (1) year of program management activities of related experience AND/OR high volume, fast-paced environment (preferred)
